At Alice Mushrooms, we want you to feel as magical as our designs; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be returned in its original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our enchanted warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
